AETNA: This plan is accepted when it includes Eyemed as its optical provider (if you are not sure, please contact us and we will be happy to check your plan benefits).
CARECREDIT: CareCredit is a credit card
that provides a healthcare financing program specifically designed to pay for eye exams, glasses, or other out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance. A quick and easy application is all that is necessary, and you can start making low monthly payments. Promotional rates include interest-free financing up to one year with qualified purchases.

United Federation of Teachers (UFT): This is a union plan. Please contact your union for a voucher prior to your visit to London Optical (the plan details will be listed on the voucher).

*Note to Davis Vision, Spectera Vision, and VSP members: Although we are not a provider for these vision plans, most Davis, Spectera, and VSP plans allow for direct reimbursement for eligible members according to their set fee schedules. We have Davis & VSP reimbursement forms on file, and will be happy to do the paperwork for you.
